Я пытаюсь установить библиотеку PyGObject в pycharm, следуя этому руководству
https://pygobject.gnome.org/getting_started.html, пытаясь выполнить шаг 3 в разделе Ubuntu/Debian:

Я использую Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS и Python 3.12 и очень незнаком с системами Linux, файл журнала по адресу

невозможно найти. попытка выполнить шаг 4 также возвращает аналогичную ошибку.
