Проблемы с установкой CausalML. ⇐ Python

Я пытаюсь установить causalml на свой компьютер с Windows, используя Python 3.12, с помощью команды pip install causalml.
Но при попытке создать колесо для causalml установка завершается неудачей. Вот фрагмент ошибки:

Я использую:
Версия Python: 3.12.

ОС: Windows 10.

Компилятор: Microsoft Visual Инструменты сборки Studio 2022.

Среда: Anaconda 3.

Версия NumPy: 1.26.4.
Я попробовал обновить сборку Visual Studio инструменты, установил последнюю версию и включил инструменты сборки C++.
