SysOut не работает должным образом. Как мне это исправить? ⇐ JAVA

Итак...
У меня проблемы с sysout, и он не печатает последнюю часть моего кода. Вот два файла и мои результаты:

Все перепробовал. Пробовал менять сегмент кода, класс Flower и т. д. Ничего не помогло. Мне нужна помощь, чтобы заставить работать второй вызов метода Compare() (если только проблема не связана с SysOut, в этом случае мне нужна помощь в ее исправлении).
